SHIPPING POLICY

Free U.S. Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum required.

Order Processing
Orders are packed and shipped from our Massachusetts warehouse within 1–2
business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number
by email as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Delivery
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): FREE — 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): flat rate at checkout — 1–3 business days

Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow
up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating after you receive it.

International Orders (including Canada)
We currently focus on the U.S. market, but we're happy to ship select
international orders, including to Canada. Please note before you order:
- Free shipping is for U.S. orders only. International orders ship via
  international carrier and shipping is calculated at checkout — it is not
  included in our free-shipping offer.
- Duties & taxes are the customer's responsibility. Your order may be subject
  to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees (for example, GST/HST in
  Canada), collected by the carrier or customs at or before delivery.
- Delivery takes longer. International orders typically arrive in 7–14
  business days, depending on customs clearance in your country.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute
packages once they've shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect
address may incur a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email hello@ziivena.com within 30
days of the ship date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
