Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming — join the Steep Club newsletter to be the first to know.
  • Address changes: Need to fix a shipping address? Email us as soon as possible — we can update it any time before your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because our teas are food products, opened pouches and sachets can't be restocked or resold — so we're unable to accept opened items for return.

Something wrong? We'll make it right — no return needed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — you don't need to ship anything back.

  • Return shipping: For standard returns, customers cover return shipping. If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), shipping is on us.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, with freshness seals intact, in original packaging.
  • Bundles: The Complete Collection may be returned as a complete, unopened set.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email  hello@ziivena.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back — your refund is processed within 5–10 business days of arrival.
