The Tea
What are ZIIVENA tea sachets made of?
Our sachets are made from corn-fiber PLA — a plant-based material that doesn't release microplastics when steeped. Better for your tea, better for the planet.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Our teas are sourced from Germany's finest tea house, a family tradition since 1836. All ingredients meet European Union quality and safety standards.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
It depends on the series. Bloom is naturally caffeine-free. Steep contains light caffeine from green tea and oolong. Ritual Day blends (Yerba Mate) provide natural energy, while Ritual Night blends (Rooibos) are caffeine-free.
Are there any artificial additives?
No added sugar, no artificial colors (including Red 40, Amaranth Red, Sunset Yellow, Tartrazine, and Brilliant Blue), and no fat. We use natural and nature-identical flavors.
How many sachets are in each box?
Each box contains 10 individually wrapped sachets across 5 flavors (2 sachets per flavor). Net weight: 1.1 oz (30g) per box.
What is The Complete Collection bundle?
The Complete Collection includes all three series — Bloom, Steep, and Ritual — in one bundle. That's 30 sachets, 15 flavors, and the full caffeine spectrum from zero to natural energy. Priced at $59.99 (save $29.98 vs. buying separately).
How long do the sachets stay fresh?
Each sachet is individually wrapped in airtight packaging for maximum freshness. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is optional.
Cold Steeping
What's the difference between cold steep and hot brew?
Cold steeping preserves the natural aroma of fruits, flowers, and botanicals while eliminating bitterness. The result is a smoother, more refreshing flavor — perfect served over ice.
How long does cold steeping take?
Quick Steep takes 10–15 minutes at room temperature. Full Cold Steep takes 1–2 hours in the refrigerator. Both start with a 15-second shake.
Can I use hot water?
Yes! All ZIIVENA sachets can be brewed in hot water for 3–5 minutes. But we recommend trying cold steep first — that's where the magic happens.
Why shake for 15 seconds?
The 15-second shake jumpstarts the steeping process by releasing flavor compounds into cold water. It's also part of The 15-Second Ritual — our signature moment of pause.
Can I make iced tea, milk tea, or cocktails with ZIIVENA?
Absolutely! All our sachets are designed for mixing. Add milk for a cold milk tea, sparkling water for a fizzy tea, or even spirits for a tea cocktail. Visit our Mix It Up page for recipe ideas.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Standard shipping for orders under $49 is $5.99.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies).

What does ZIIVENA mean?
ZIIVENA is a word we created to describe the feeling of choosing to pause. The II in our name represents a pause button — two pillars of stillness in the middle of motion.
What does "Pause. Chill. Repeat." mean?
It's our brand philosophy. Pause to step back from the noise. Chill — both the tea and yourself. Repeat — make it a ritual, not a one-time thing.
