Ingredients

  • 1 ZIIVENA Cola Yerba Mate sachet
  • 4 oz cold water
  • 6 oz cold brew coffee
  • 2 oz oat milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Cocoa powder (a pinch)

Preparation

  1. Cold steep sachet in 4 oz water. Shake 15 seconds, steep 15 minutes.
  2. Remove sachet. Fill glass with ice.
  3. Pour cold brew coffee first, then add cola mate tea. Stir once.
  4. Slowly pour oat milk along the glass wall for layering.
  5. Dust cocoa powder on top.

Preparation

  1. Cold steep sachet in 6 oz water. Shake 15 seconds, refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Remove sachet. Stir in honey.
  3. Fill glass with ice, pour oolong tea.
  4. Slowly pour cooled espresso on top — it will create a dark layer.
  5. Scatter rose petals.
