Ingredients

  • 1 ZIIVENA Rose Oolong sachet
  • 8 oz cold water
  • 4 oz oat milk (or whole milk)
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Dried rose petals for garnish

Preparation

  1. Drop sachet into 8 oz cold water. Shake 15 seconds. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for a richer, more aromatic steep.
  2. Remove sachet. If using honey, stir it into the tea now.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the oolong tea to fill the glass about 2/3.
  5. Slowly pour oat milk along the side of the glass to create a layered effect.
  6. Scatter dried rose petals on top.
💡 Tip: Don't stir — the two-tone layered look is the whole point. Let your guests stir it themselves when they're ready to drink.

Preparation

  1. Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions. Set aside in a little sugar water to prevent sticking.
