

Rose Oolong Milk Tea

Floral oolong layered with oat milk, finished with dried rose petals. The most elegant milk tea you'll ever make at home.
Ingredients
- 1 ZIIVENA Rose Oolong sachet
- 8 oz cold water
- 4 oz oat milk (or whole milk)
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Dried rose petals for garnish
Preparation
- Drop sachet into 8 oz cold water. Shake 15 seconds. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours for a richer, more aromatic steep.
- Remove sachet. If using honey, stir it into the tea now.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the oolong tea to fill the glass about 2/3.
- Slowly pour oat milk along the side of the glass to create a layered effect.
- Scatter dried rose petals on top.
💡 Tip: Don't stir — the two-tone layered look is the whole point. Let your guests stir it themselves when they're ready to drink.

Ingredients
- 1 ZIIVENA Strawberry Raspberry sachet
- 8 oz cold water
- 4 oz milk (or oat milk)
- 1/4 cup cooked black tapioca pearls
- Ice cubes

Preparation
- Cook tapioca pearls according to package directions. Set aside in a little sugar water to prevent sticking.
- Cold steep sachet in 8 oz water. Shake 15 seconds, steep 15 minutes.
- Remove sachet. Stir in honey if desired.
